The evening offers a five-course culinary journey, accompanied by elegant wines from René Lequin-Colin — a refined expression of Burgundy’s terroir.
From the first glass, guests will experience the subtle power of old vines, limestone-rich soils, and time. Chardonnay wines with mineral precision and Pinot Noir wines with silky depth set the scene for a menu created with seasonal ingredients and the kitchen’s sense of balance, texture, and flavour.
Each dish has been composed to highlight the character of the wines: bright, mineral-driven servings for the white wines, gently prepared dishes with depth and warmth for the reds — and textures that allow each cuvée to unfold in the glass.
Between servings, we will explore the vineyards, vintages, and story behind René Lequin-Colin. We follow the journey from soil and vine to glass, discovering why the estate has become a favourite among connoisseurs for its clarity, balance, and refined style.
Join us for an atmospheric evening in the castle’s historic Knights’ Hall, where Burgundy, gastronomy, and conversations about grape, soil, and nature come together in perfect harmony.
After the dinner and wine tasting, the Castle Bar will remain open.
