THE EATERY

The cuisine in the Eatery is simple and informal. Here we confirm for our guests that “old love dies hard” by serving simple country dishes made with fresh ingredients from Lammefjorden and our herb garden.

The atmosphere is relaxed – you can eat at a table in the restaurant or at the large central bar. When the weather is good, the Eatery “moves” out to the breastworks.

The castle’s farm shop and bar will also be in the Eatery.
